What grinds my gears is when a gentleman calls to make to make a booking, but first proceeds to tell me off because he’s been calling every day since Monday and the phone’s been switched off. Sure enough when I looked through the phone afterwards there were a couple of missed call messages with his number. “Whilst you were drooling over the pictures over the past couple of days, did you have a look at the wording where it says I don’t work Mondays and Tuesdays?” I says. “Where does it say that?” he says. “On two pages of the site plus my diary,” I says. “Oh”, he says. “Didn’t see that…..”
