•    Manchester’s looking good.

I’ve just taken another booking for the Thursday afternoon for Manchester and Saturday is already fully booked, unless there are any cancellations. I have nothing booked for Friday yet, so if anybody’s thinking about it gents, now’s the time.

I’m staying in the city centre, not far from Piccadilly Gardens with an NCP garage nearby for parking, Piccadilly Station a mere five minute walk away, or 10, if you walk like me.

Pull your finger out gents. Come see me.x

  •    It’s been another two days.

I had about oooh, 2 hours internet time on Saturday, then got disconnected again. I’ve not long got in from the Other Job, and lo and behold, the internet’s working.

But guess what? Now I have no satellite. The digital box has gone kaput. I’ve done all the usual; swapped sockets, changed the fuse etc., still no joy.

If it’s not one thing it’s another. Technology eh! Bring back the days of wind-up radio I say.

But hey, I managed to finish two novels in the space of a week so my time wasn’t totally wasted.

  •    I’m beyond p****d off.

I haven’t had internet access since Monday. It went down on Monday afternoon not long after I got in from the Other Job, so I didn’t even have time to log on then. And it’s been down ever since. So nothing since Monday morning.

It’s only just now come back on-line, albeit tentatively. Pages are taking a while to load and connection is intermittent at best. I’m so past angry it’s not funny. This is the second time Virgin Media have lost their connection for so long. It happened last December when I got back from my parties. I had to end up going to an internet cafe a couple of times to catch up on my mail. This time I was able to jump on to my landlady’s laptop for a few minutes so I can catch up with my mail before my booking yesterday afternoon and respond to a couple of emails with profuse apologies. The rest I’ve just caught up with now.

Virgin Media is the crappest cable service there is. We also had  no telly in one of the rooms of the house. We were lucky to get Sky 1 and maybe the Cartoon Network.

The problem is, unless I change my number to BT I’m stuck with Virgin because my ‘phone number is a cable number. If you’re in the UK then you understand these phone/cable/internet packages that we have. Thing is, aren’t they all as bad as each other?

Anyway, I’m glad to finally be back on. Now I have some catching up to do.

Update: This entry was written yesterday, Friday 16th. Even whilst trying to complete this entry I lost connection again. I’ ve lost another 24hrs online. *Sigh*

  •    Some links you may find useful gents.

I’ve been having a bit of a tinker over the past few days re: the links you’ll find at the side of the blog, partially inspired by a fellow escort blogger, an inspiring woman. I thought, what a great idea, to list sites I’ve used in the past that I’ve had good service from. Like her I will only use sites that I’ve actually used and have found satisfactory and could honestly recommend. Same ethos I used for the links on SAAFE.

I actually had Pandora’s Choice in “My Favourite Shops”, but I removed it after the recent debacle and have instead inserted Stockings Direct, following on from their swift service and their quick delivery.

For books and CDs, may I recommend Play.com. Again their service is swift and postage is free, unlike Amazon where you’re charged up to a certain amount. I also get my Family Guy calender from them every year and it costs a fiver. I’ve seen the same in the shops for around £8.

I’ve recently ordered a couple of books from a site new to me, The Book Depository. Their deliveries are also free but the slight difference is is that they also use Paypal for another form of payment. I ordered the books on Saturday and they arrived the next Friday. A bit slower than Play.com, but hey, I can’t complain, it’s free delivery.

For going to Manchester I’ve used Rail Easy, way cheaper than Trainline.com.  A ticket to Manchester used to cost me around £70 on there. That was for their sooper dooper advanced non-refundable ticket – basically the cheapest. Rail Easy sells the same ticket for around £22. I’ve been using them for a couple of years now.

If you have a sweet tooth like me (and some of you know that I do), then there’s the Bakewell Tart Shop where I ordered myself a tart for my birthday and put a birthday message to myself. Yes, I know. Sad.

The Hummingbird Bakery I swiped off of above-mentioned blogger’s site, damn her. Before I went to meet SJ for lunch back on my birthday I made a stop in one of their branches in South Kensington. Gawjuss, just gawww-jus. I know I’m in trouble as the shop is only two stops away from Victoria on the District and Circle lines on the Underground. I’m just more suprised I haven’t been back there since. If any gents should find themselves getting off at the wrong stop on their way to see me and they mistakenly find themselves at South Kensington, it’s…um….on the Old Brompton Road, opposite side of the tube station to the museums….cough!

For hotels, I’ve been using Trip Advisor for years, personally and professionally. If you want to book a room and you want to know a bit about the hotel before-hand, this is the place gents. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t book a room until I’ve read the reviews on there first. Us ladies need to find out if the hotel we’re working from is discreet for our clients, doesn’t use those infernal keycards that you can’t get in without, or if there’s a burly security guard with a clip board barking at you if you’re a late night client trying to get in to see his favourite lady. Not good for work.

Laterooms is also handy for us working girls too. You don’t always have to pay in advance, they’re invariably cheaper than the hotel’s own website and you can cancel the day before your arrival date (subject to the hotel’s policy). And the staff are nice too. I got caught out when I tried to cancel the hotel room that I booked for my birthday. I thought that I could cancel on the day, it turned out I had to cancel the night before. Gulp! Which meant I was still liable for the first night’s stay. So I called Laterooms and begged and pleaded, they in turn called the hotel I had booked and between them they let me off. I’m wondering if it helped that I was a previous guest in one of their hotels in Edinburgh and was on their mailing list. Anyways, with that I’m now liking Laterooms a lot more.

Whew! This was a long one wasn’t it? I actually started to write this entry last week but I ran out of steam. So I’ve put the final touches on it today. I do hope whoever reads this finds the info useful.

Tell you what. If anybody finds any sites that they may think I might find useful, do tell. It’s good to arm yourself with knowledge.

  •    My sussies are working out well.

In fact, I love them better than my old ones.

With the old ones, I used to have trouble doing up the back tiers. I had to be either really flexible and literally bend over backwards, or ask for somebody’s help in attaching them. These ones are a little more easier to reach. They’re not quite round the back, so they’re accessible with a little twist of my body. These things are so bloomin’ complicated but they look damn gorgeous don’t they? I don’t have to ask if my arse looks big in them, I know it does.

  •    “It’s my first time and I’m a little bit nervous.”

    (Written with permission)

I’m always a little apprehensive when a client tells me the above, ‘cos I always want to make sure that the gent has the best time possible. Case in point, yesterday’s client, who, may I add, turned out to be scrumptious.

He’d not really done anything like this before, apart from a very brief and all too forgetable stint somewhere in Prague somewhere in the nether regions of his memory. So yesterday was his first proper appointment. Although it almost didn’t come to fruition; client’s email was playing up and he thought I was ignoring him. Gents, if you ever email me and I don’t respond in the next 24hrs, call me. I pride myself on answering queries as soon as I can and unless I’m away I always try and respond to you by at least the next day.

Anyway, nerves? What nerves? They soon dissipated quite quickly, as my apprehension did. It didn’t take long to get down to what he came for, lots and lots of naked facesitting, oral and a bit of how’s your father. My goal is that said client went home with jelly legs. After 2 hours mission accomplished, even though I do say so myself  *as she blows on fingernails and polishes them on her lapels*.

Happy memories Mr. B, and good luck with that list and thanks again for the Pinot. Scrumptious, like your face.
