You can’t get that down south. Guess what I’ll be having again for dinner tomorrow? And yesterday I paid £20 including tip for room service. No dessert, just a meal and a couple of pineapple juices. That’s what happens when you don’t go exploring on your first day.

I’m not long back from doing a bit of sightseeing around Edinburgh. I thought I’d have a wander around after work. Apart from the roadworks in the middle of Princes St., it was a lovely walk and I caught glimpses of Edinburgh Castle. Although my thighs are killing me from walking up and down steep roads and steps. The lady at the pie n’ mash shop told me that Edinburgh was built on a hill, which would explain the steep streets. I reckon I’ll lose a couple of pounds at this rate.
